Bank of America Credit card department,
Basically, I have - balance on my card believe I may be the victim of stolen identity. I tried twice on or before -/-/16 I called Bank Of America, and had already sent them a check for - they claim it was returned. - - has no record of this transaction. Bank Of America claims that the check was returned by my bank ( - ) However, - - according to - as of -, today has no record of such. No returned check or even an attempt made to pay this rather large and noticeable amount. On -/-/16 I called BOA and gave them a payment of - from my debit card.. The confirmation number given to me is -. Still there is no record of payment. My bank - - - - has informed me that neither of these payments have even been submitted. Something is fishy Bank of America has gone so far as to charge fees for - of these payments being returned. Neither payment had been returned according to - - I have an - check missing as well as - debit card payment which is missing I question whether or not I made these credit card purchases and respectfully request full disclosure of all records of this account as it seems I may be in fact a victim of identity theft.
