Bank of America Credit card department,
I had an account for many years with Bank of America ( revolving credit card # - ) and always paid on time there is one late payment in the history which is not accurate. I have disputed this remark with no outcome. The late payment is reflected on -/-/-. Please help I feel this is an error as I always pay my bills on time.
