In -, 2016, I submitted complaints to both Bank of America and - about the fact that Bank of America was not reporting the balance on my - - card correctly. Rather than fixing the real problem, all that Bank of America has done to date is not report the card/account to -. It has always been a credit account in good standing. At this point, this is causing me financial damage in that it is preventing me from obtaining better credit terms.
