April 21, 2017 - I had a secured card with Wells Fargo for $2000.00 which I deposited. Then they paid out a $2500.00 fee to disputed account and after many attempts to refund my scammed money the bank refused to issue credit but instead charged me the money and used my secured money. It 's now being reported to the credit companies as a negative account for - $2500.00. This is fraud and they need to be investigated....

Upon realizing that the card did not work at retailers I was led to believe it would work at, I attempted to have my remaining balance ( the full $400.00 ) returned to me. November 30, 2016 - I opened up a secure credit card after my recent divorce.I did n't realize at the time it had a monthly rewards fee. I was able to get other credit cards that were not secure and decided to close the account. This account was attached to my business account and my office admin contacted Wells Fargo twice to have it closed. The third time I called myself. November 28, 2016 - Wells Fargo opened an account without any type of authorization from me. I do n't use any of their services ; I have no pre-existing relationship with them. I received a pre-paid debit card from them earlier in -. It would appear that Wells Fargo needed to meet some type of quota and is fraudulently opening accounts in people 's names without authorization from them.
