Wells Fargo & Company Prepaid card overdraft, savings or rewards features November 30, 2016 - I opened up a secure credit card after my recent divorce.I did n't realize at the time it had a monthly rewards fee. I was able to get other credit cards that were not secure and decided to close the account. This account was attached to my business account and my office admin contacted Wells Fargo twice to have it closed. The third time I called myself. It finally closes, except by the time they do close it ( - more months later ) ... and only after I got into a shouting match with the guy from Wells Fargo who did n't seem to understand that the card was secure and we did n't owe any money... |

The credit card company charged me an overdraft fee and assured me that it would be refunded once the dispute had been resolved. Once the dispute was resolved I noticed that the overdraft fee had not been refunded. I contacted Netspend to make them aware of the issue and both agents were rude and unhelpful.
