WELLS FARGO & COMPANY Prepaid card department,

I had a secured card with Wells Fargo for $2000.00 which I deposited. Then they paid out a $2500.00 fee to disputed account and after many attempts to refund my scammed money the bank refused to issue credit but instead charged me the money and used my secured money. It 's now being reported to the credit companies as a negative account for - $2500.00. This is fraud and they need to be investigated.
