B.C. Services, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received December 18, 2015 - I have never received a bill from the original company this is due from. I do not know where these bills are coming from and why I owe them. I have also never received a bill from BC Services. The only reason I know that I " owe '' is because it shows up on my credit report. I have contacted them to send me something so I know what it is and why I owe. I have only been told how much I owe over the phone and that it is a medical debt. This is improper because - is not listed on the debts in any way. BC Services was not attempting to obtain contact information for me, as they already have it. BC Services was providing information to her about these debts. She and I were married after the debts were incurred. Colorado is not a marital property state, which BC Services should be well aware since they are headquartered there. The insurance company was still reviewing the claims when I received the notice and the insurance company did pay the claims, resulting in a credit on my account with the hospital. Several weeks after the credit was applied to my account, I am still getting notices from the collection company, although the hospital agrees that there is no debt due and instead there is a credit on my account.
