BC Services sent collection letters addressed to my wife, - -. This is improper because - is not listed on the debts in any way. BC Services was not attempting to obtain contact information for me, as they already have it. BC Services was providing information to her about these debts. She and I were married after the debts were incurred. Colorado is not a marital property state, which BC Services should be well aware since they are headquartered there. BC Services has shown a disregard for the laws and procedures in place to protect consumers. This is the second instance of blatant disregard for the law. The first instance may be identified by Case number : -. After this complaint was filed, BC Services did seek to correct that failure.
