Phoenix Financial Services LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft February 11, 2017 - I was a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from - - - I 've attempted to dispute multiple times however no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commision which I wrote a formal complaint against - - in regards to this matter. Tried to return the call and was sent automatic message about not being a valid number until today. Had to call over 10 times before they would even tell me the company name. It is Phoenix Financial. The the last two months, every month, I have tried to dispute the bad reports to - credit report agencies, and they all got removed. However, the next month, these dept collection agencies keep adding the same debts on my credit reports. It wastes me a lot of time and frustration to file the disputes with - agencies every month.
