I received a phone call from Phoenix Financial Services LLC stating they were collecting a debt from a medical company for services received in 2013 ( 3 years ago ) I told them I was not aware of any debt that my medical insurance did not cover. I asked them to mail me information on the debt so I could research the debt because 3 years ago is too long ago for me to even remember if that happened. They verified my address and said they would mail it to me. I receive a - page document in the mail that does not provide me with any information that verifies that this is my debt. I also mailed a written letter to the debt collector again requesting the information.
