Encore Capital Group Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt November 5, 2015 - MidLand Funding LLC contacted a member of my family and talked to them about my debt. This 3rd party is in no way a co-signer or have anything to do with my debt. The debt collector told them the amount of the debt, who the original creditor was, and that it was my debt. Legally they are not supposed to disclose this information, but now it seems they are harassing my family. ... |
