Encore Capital Group Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid California

The debt was paid off, however they are still reporting it as in collections. They say they have no record of payment. I did n't know I never received anything stating it was paid, as I paid it over the phone.
