Credit card Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Arizona

Midland Credit Management Representatiive, - - at - x - called my home residence phone number and disclosed third party information about my debt ( credit card ) owed. Disclosed total balance due ( - ) amount of the charges. The third party advised her that it was not his bill never heard of the company she represented and she informed him he was responsible for the debt. He advised her he never used any credit card. He asked her for her name and number and she advised she could talk to him and would take legal action if bill wasnt paid. He offered to take a number and and will give the message. He did try to tell the representative that she should not be calling. On - -, 2016 I called the company and spoke to -, - - - - - xand advised of disclosure and put a cease and desist .Got her superior name of - - - She then stated they did not break any laws. I disagreed and advise I will check into my options.
