According to my credit report they continuously verify the account as showing a $900.00 balance. I recently spoke with a representative at the -, AL office that informed me that the account reflected a $0.00 balance and was agreed to be listed as paid in full and is listed in their system under bankruptcy filings. I left - and they keep calling me telling me that I did not paid, or maybe I left it in the wrong finance loan store. the lady who open in the morning - or -. Security Finance Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease July 22, 2016 - I have an auto loan with PFS financial -. My loan term is 42 months, my payments are $350.00 a month. I pay my payments monthly and noticed my balance keeps going up and now down. I did fall behind a few payments here an there. A woman from PSF financial came to my job threating me for payment and nonstop phone calls requiring payment. I check my payments to be on - on a monthly basis. I recently checked my car payments to be posted on - and noticed my monthly rate is now $480.00! I never received notice of this and am totally unaware as to why its now $480.00 and not $350.00 ... |

I 've had problems with this company before. I had to call my local whistleblower to get my car back. They illegally repossessed my car and then tried to charge me - times the amount that i owed. This was all over insurance no missed payments. I paid what was owed minus the tow fee which the President said i could pay at the end of the term. They were n't trying to give me another loan. I believe that this is the FCRA violations and its illegal. In - 2011 we had a major hail storm to hit our area, and the vehicle was totaled out by my insurance -. I have copy of the canceled check along with the release of lien on the vehicle ( Please see attachment ).
