My complaint is about Professional Financial Service. They refuse to give me that information. I 've had problems with this company before. I had to call my local whistleblower to get my car back. They illegally repossessed my car and then tried to charge me - times the amount that i owed. This was all over insurance no missed payments. I paid what was owed minus the tow fee which the President said i could pay at the end of the term. I have paid my car off and as of today i have not received my title. To make matters worse they charged me a extra - in late fees. When i call the company there very rude and dont want to listen. I asked if they could switch payment dates to the day i was paid and they refused which they have a right to do. I had - late payments per there contract if the vehicle is used for personal, family, household etc ... the late payment should not be over -. I use the vehicle for all of the above. For - late payments the fee should have been - which i paid at the end
interest on my late fees. I told her thats not what the contrat stated. She said pay the fee or there coming to repo the car. I paid that fee also. I have no clue of what that was for but i paid because i know they will come get your car. I have a copy of all my money order payments and a copy of there contract. My insurance agent also notified them that i had insurance yet they was still charging me for that also. I have all documents. As of today i have paid all fees and fees that i was not suppose to pay and I still dont have a title.
