February 7, 2016 - I paid my credit card statement on the day it was due. The statement shows a due date of - -. There is no disclosure on my statement stating the payment is due before a certain time and time zone. I paid about - CST only after I attempted to call twice and was on hold for long periods of time BEFORE - CST to make a phone payment. January 21, 2016 - In - I discovered my Barclay Credit Card was past due and I had been charged a late fee. I contacted the company and asked if they would waive the late fee and I would set up auto pay so this would not happen again. January 16, 2016 - I was charged a late fee for for a payment that was on time. The money was withdrawn from my bank account by the company on -/-/- but they did not post the payment to my Barclaycard account until -/-/-. This resulted in a late payment fee of $25.00. October 7, 2015 - Barclaycard must have initiated a change in their fee waiver policy/strategy that no longer treats customers fairly. They have firmed their stance that regardless of loyalty to brand, credit worthiness or payment history, they will not waive fees that are not a bank error.
