Late fee Ohio

I paid my credit card payment at - on due date - - 2015. The summary said payment was made- and will post on - - 2015. Barclay credit card has a cut off time of - for payments. All of my other credit cards have a - cut off and this is hard to remember. My statement arrived and has a late fee of $37.00. I called Barclay and ask for a refund. They said the payment was made at - and refused to give me a refund. This is ridiculous that I have to pay a late fee for - minutes over. I am requesting that fee to be refunded. The late fee was posted - - the due date.
