Barclays Credit card department,

Late fee Vermont

charged a late fee for being - minutes late on - - 2015 - - Called a few minutes later to complain, talk to - with reference # - who said since this was my first time late with this credit card - - that my late fee would be waivered and that the change would show up on my next bill. I just checked my latest bill and the late fee charge was added!!
