Barclays Credit card department,
I pay bills online exactly the day they are due. Barclay has decided to not accept online payments for my due date after - eastern time which is - for me. This has never been convenient and payments online after - is my standard procedure. This problem is currently occurring and has been an negative issue for several months. I have made this problem known to the company several times and they have responded by refunding the late fees, only to make me pay the amount due and removing the fees from the balance. This method is also inconvenient because I am still having to go over budget to pay the " waived fees ''. I have complained to them about this several times and now they refuse to remove the fees. This problem is well documented within my account and their acceptance of it being a problem is well documented with the refunds.
