November 18, 2016 - I took a cash advance on my credit card on -/-/16. I made a payment on -/-/16 to cover the minimum payment plus the cash advance amount and a little extra to cover the interest. My credit card company applied the full payment to the purchases balance at the lower interest rate. If you use more than one of the three checks they provide with this offer, the payments you make are applied only minimum payment to the purchase that is due the soonest and applies the remaining payment to the newest transaction, instead of the one that the promotion will be coming due the soonest. So I made the payment again and still there was nothing. Now I have made - $3500.00 payments for the balance of $3500.00. Emailed the bank - and have not received any response from them yet.
