U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I made a payment to pay off my us bank credit card in the amount of $12000.00 and us banks system decided to take that payment out twice. So they overcharged me $12000.00. I called them right away once I noticed my checking account was in the red. I was told it would be taken care of right away, the next day the money had not been put back into my account, had to call us bank back and was then told I would have to wait -5 days for the $12000.00 to be given back to me ... ..I told them this was not an option and was not right for them to hold money they should not have removed from my account to start with, I never athorized $24000.00 only the $12000.00. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours now trying to find ways that they can give me my money back. They just keep saying thy can not do anything. i am very very upset that they first off took that much money from me and second telling me they wo n't give it back to me right away. Thy will not release my funds for at least -5 days and are not willing to do anything to fix the mistake their system made.
