U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
US Banks -online payment system is deceptive. I made a full payment of about $3500.00 online and then I checked the scheduled and pending payments and there was nothing. So I made the payment again and still there was nothing. Now I have made - $3500.00 payments for the balance of $3500.00. Emailed the bank - and have not received any response from them yet. Hopefully they credit me my money back as I can not carry overdrawn in my bank and my bank do n't charge overdraft fee. Their system should not allow making payments for more than what is owed and it should say payment pending or scheduled as all other banks and credit card company do. This was done yesterday ; I did n't hear from anyone from the bank yesterday or today and now tomorrow is Saturday and then Sunday. This is a - and hopefully i have enough money to take out my mother and mother in law for dinner.
