The collections dept representative claimed that the mortgage was overdue by 3 months. This issues has been previously resolved twice. The account was set on auto payment. It is a variable rate. The payment increased by $1.00 and the auto payment failed to make the adjusted monthly amount. The system they use then automatically claims the account has not been paid.
