I need help with BMO Harris suspicious account activity. I have had 2 loans with Bmo harris for many years. 2 Mortgage loans. I went through a bankruptcy in -/-/2009 and reaffirmed on both loans. I have been making 2 monthly payments and I have recently tried to refinance with a different bank. I just found out that the 2nd loan has been sitting in a bankruptcy hold account and my payments have not been being applied to this loan. And on top of this they have applied over - in Late charges to the account with out contacting me of any problem. I asked the representative why I was not contacted and she said because they can not contact an account in bankruptcy. The acct has been out of bankruptcy since -/-/2009. PLease help me.
