Capital One Credit card customer service / customer relations December 19, 2015 - I have a Capital One account ( - - ) the account is over 90 days late. I recently took a job on - ( - - ) working on an - - - base. I have been unable to get in touch with Capital One to discuss paying this account off. All their -, - numbers will not connect from here. Their website takes me to a - number I have tried to email them but I can not find a email address on any of their bills.
