Capital One Credit card department,

I have a credit card with capital one they restrict my account because they think it 's a fraud issue. Have so many problems because I sent my personal information more than 5 times even if speak with some one to make sure they receive it. After confirming 3 days after manager who handle my case transfer out to another department and I have to resend my I formation again. No one in customer service can resolve the problem because every time they have someone different and I have to star over the process.
