on -/-/2016 I made a payment in full to Capital One on my secured credit card. The limit on the card is - the balance owed was -. I paid the entire amount. I have never missed a payment and so far as I know I have never had a payment returned. In good faith I went out to use the card and was unable to use it. Upon calling Capital One I was informed that they were holding my funds. At no time in the year that I have had this account have I ever had funds held for verification of payment. - a customer service supervisor at Capital One would do nothing to assist other than to tell me to call them when the bank is open so they can verify the payment has cleared.
