Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 28, 2016 - Issues : disclosure verification of debt + improper communication tactics. I spoke with -, a contact center manager for this collection agency. I identified myself as the best contact person to communicate with on this matter. I clearly expressed my desire to pay this debt in full asap as long as the charges were valid. I gave them my mobile and work phone numbers. We hung up with the expectation that I would receive a verification of debt package by mail from them shortly. This would have given me an opportunity o review the validity of the charges.
