The - at - - - - -, -. Rip off business practices, speaking of laws '' that do not exist to gain more money. -/-/- - - - would not let me receive my rental history due to me having to relocate to - for my job. Wife would be staying in the -, and he stated he would not let me move out unless she moved out as well. I got a ledger for the apartment and was still able to relocate to - for my job. - - - Wife went to the leasing office to break the lease due to relocating to another complex in -. - stated she was not allowed to break the lease without me being present. - did not let this be the date of notice of moving out. ( I referred a close friend of mine into this apartment complex, the - did not consistently hold up this standard. His fiance was only present to sign

moving home '' was our reason of move out. - -, - - The - had an employee come into the apartment unannounced, without me opening the door. The gentleman stated he was doing a carpet inspection for the apartment. - -, - - The - had a different employee come in and inspect the carpet. This gentleman stated that he needed to move furniture, and i assisted. He stated the carpet was in great condition for over 24 months of residency ; he also stated that the - will be making adjustments and adding a patch of hardwood behind the back door to patio. He also stated that the apartment company was very cheap, and the carpet in the apartments has been there since they were built. The gentleman also stated that the carpet was in great condition, including under furniture. I stated it 's because we move the furniture consistently. - - - We handed in the keys. - - - We received a letter in the mail for - $.00 The charges listed were present. - - - I called -. He sent pictures of the apartment. He stated that - stain on the carpet in the left of the picture was not normal wear and tear. I explained this does not justify a - dollar carpet cleaning procedure to bring one stain out. Most of the stains present are in the area of normal wear and tear - right where the carpet meets the hardwood behind the front door. I explained i did not agree that - stains justified a professional, grade A carpet cleaning job. I also stated i cleaned the apartment to the standards listed in my lease ; which did not include professional grade carpet cleaning. He states this is his perception of clean '' and that it means professional steam cleaning. I requested that william send me receipts that would justify the charges listed. He did not have any that would justify the charge amounts on these charges. The bathroom had mold that we were charged with, however, we continued to have issues with the ceiling above the bathtub. During the residency, we had requested maintenance to check the ceiling due to mold becoming so bad that it was eating the dry-wall and peeling off of the roof. Their repair was to repaint it, which lead it to begin to slowly decay once again. - - - Called another local - apartment complex to verify the statement ( That she was unable to hand in a notice of move-out, to avoid additional fee 's after the lease was up unless we were both present. ) - gave wife in -/-/-. The leasing office was the - off of - -, -, -. The representative stated it was not by law and that as long as - of the tenants were present to hand in the notice. This false comment charged my wife & I an additional - $ dollars on last months rent. This totals to the amount the - has sent to collections.
