I traded my car to a local dealer who is threatening to repossess my new car because i can not provide them a copy of the title or a lien release on my old car. Similar in the means that it was n't my account and that the bank had an error when dispersing the funds. With my application I requested a $7000.00 balance transfer to pay off another card. I was only approved for $4000.00 and Commerce Bank automatically did a balance transfer for $3800.00.
