Commerce Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Kansas

I just looked at my bank account & saw that a $2.00 transaction was submitted causing an overdraft of $36.00 because I was $1.00 short. I was told it was a paypale transaction. I went to the bank to complain, Commerce Bank and talked to - -, - - - -, - -, KS - ( - ) - & got NO Where. I 'm not an OPT-IN customer. so I would rather of had the transaction rejected.
