Commerce Bank Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management July 26, 2016 - I paid off my car loan five months ago. I have asked 3 times for a lien release. I traded my car to a local dealer who is threatening to repossess my new car because i can not provide them a copy of the title or a lien release on my old car. Each time i call Commerce Bank they tell me that they will process my request and mail it out to me. I called them again today and told them that i need this done today. They refused to accommodate my request and said it would take - to 10 more business days to process the lien release.... |

Commerce Bank charged my account with - overdrafts in the amount of $36.00 each. I only become overdrawn when my account was charged overdrafts fees When I returned I called the bank and the bank removed - overdraft fees in the amount of $72.00. I went to the bank an deposited money in my account and was charged for - more overdrafts. ( they are a regional bank and i moved across the country - miles from their nearest location ). I recently got a credit report and i noted that Commerce was reporting a 180 day past due balance.
