I am fully aware that the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau requires 30 days notice before this is served. The notice should include that this is a possibility and give me options to prevent it. I have diligently read and kept every letter, and there is no notice. I have personally witnessed this happen, and then at trial, the Plaintiff/Bank miraculously has a letter dated at least 30 days before the summons was served.
