Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida

Our mortgage was bought by Ditech Financial, LLC. We have been trying to obtain a loan modification for the last four months and have been getting the run around since then. We have been assigned several representatives to work on our case. They have not contacted us to let us know where we are in the process. We can never get a hold of them when we call.
