AES/PHEAA consumers have reported over 24 official complaints related to Getting a loan. Out of the 24 consumer complaints against AES/PHEAA, 4% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how AES/PHEAA responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 4% of consumer complaints against AES/PHEAA resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 29% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I asked them to prove who they are, and they have not STOPPED sending me notices about how much I owe, and here I thought that the FDCPA and the FCRA say stop all collection until the dispute is finished??? AES/PHEAA Student loan getting a loan qualify for a better loan than offered April 13, 2016 - I took out - small student loans from National Collegiate Trust/ American Education Services - I have paid these student loans off. I have letters at my home from NCT that CONFIRM that I have paid these student loans off. I paid them off around 5 years ago. For a few years afterwords, I would receive collection calls from NCT and then from private collection agencies, trying to collect the student loan debt, that I paid off. I would fax the paperwork and I would n't hear from the collection company again. Until probably 3 months later, and it would be a different collection agency trying... |
AES/PHEAA Student loan getting a loan can't qualify for a loan February 29, 2016 - There is National Collegiate Trust and American Education Services both reporting on my credit claiming to be the same loan with different amounts charged off. I contacted both companies to get more information and failed to send me a promissory note. My mom makes payments to the loan every month and has been making the payments the same way for the past - or 6 years. Recently AES took over another loan of mine that I had through - with my father, it was a much smaller loan compared to the one I am complaining about. AES/PHEAA Student loan getting a loan April 6, 2015 - I have file several complaints with Equifax to remove the - student loans accounts for National Collegiate Trust ( NCT ) because they have reached the 7 years mark of being on my credit report. Each time they wrote back stating that after the investigation of the - accounts belong to me ; but my request stated that my dispute was that the accounts has been on my report for 7 years from its - delinquency not if the accounts belong to me!
