AES was servicing the loan and has failed to update the status of the loan or the balance. I have a written letter from AES stating that the principal balance is now - but - continues to report the loan with a status of " In Collections '' with a current balance of -, and unpaid balance of - and a highest balance of -. I need the loan status to reflect that it was a charge off and the correct balance.
