Non-federal student loan Getting a loan Can't qualify for a loan Pennsylvania

My mother and I took out a student loan through - years ago and it was eventually taken over by American Education Services or AES. My mom makes payments to the loan every month and has been making the payments the same way for the past - or 6 years. Recently AES took over another loan of mine that I had through - with my father, it was a much smaller loan compared to the one I am complaining about. They took this - loan over -/-/- and when they did that part of the payments that my mom was making to our larger loan was being applied to my smaller loan. This was an error on AES part. My mom filed a complaint through you already and AES also sent a letter apologizing to her for the error that they made and informed her that they requested for the derogatory information be removed from her credit report and that her credit would be fixed within 60 days. Her credit is now fixed with her score rising back to where it was prior to this happening, however, my score suffered as well and was never fixed. I filed a dispute through credit karma and the dispute was completed saying they removed the derogatory information from my report however, when I pull up my score it was never corrected. Also, when I pull the payment history it says 30 days past due -/-/2015 which is incorrect. Any help getting my credit score fixed from this would be a great help.
