I had switched cards and failed to update my information, which is on me. I understand. However after calling through the gym, another company and finally to a company called First Credit Services, I was on the line with an individual who was very vague and seemed to only respond to very fixed statements and out who I was, the gym i went to and a fairly outrageous dollar amount I had to pay. The person told me I owed money for a gym membership that I did not pay for 3 months since - -. I normally paid $15.00 per month and the gym membership was on auto pay from my credit card. I joined a fitness club because i did not have to commit to a contract. I ceased using the services and paid the outstanding balance when i notified the club that I would no longer be using the service. It strikes the wrong cord when this creditor is reporting a balance owing when I had no contract with them. I request full validation from this company or the reporting company.
