I do not owe this debt. I joined a fitness club because i did not have to commit to a contract. I ceased using the services and paid the outstanding balance when i notified the club that I would no longer be using the service. It strikes the wrong cord when this creditor is reporting a balance owing when I had no contract with them. I request full validation from this company or the reporting company. This request is for more than just a simple statement without detail. Rather, I must requisition a careful documentation, including statements, contracts, copies of checks, and any other pertinent information that is being used to ascertain the validity of this account.
