I received a phone call back in - from First Credit Services about a debt to the - - - - -. I had requested a letter stating the amount owed, reason for collection, and what my options are. To date, I have yet to receive this letter. Today ( -/-/2015 ) I received a phone call from First Credit Services attempting to collect this debt. I told the individual on the other line that I would not pay anything until I receive the letter stating what I asked in a previous phone conversation with the company. The individual immediately hung up the line.
