This company is a Predatory Payday Loan business where the consumer is charged over 150 % on a loan. For example, one borrows $1500.00 and is charged an upfront fee of $150.00 to do so and given - weeks to pay in full prior to incurring an astronomical " fixed '' daily finance charges. Even though the company 's representatives ( -, ext. -, among others ) state that it 's a daily fixed rate they never give direct amounts. I applied for the loan and was charged $100.00 which brought the loan to the total amount of $1100.00. I was never told that I will be paying $95.00 financial in each billing circle. my payments are schedule bi-weekly some times in the amount of $150.00 or $140.00. All I thought the $100.00 added to the original loan was fixed but not knowing $95.00 will be added in every billing circle.... |

Mobiloans, LLC Payday loan received a loan i didn't apply for received a loan i didn't apply for March 8, 2016 - I have filed multiple grievances with this organization, attempting to have this loan removed as I did not apply for it. At some point during -/-/- my computer was compromised and accounts were opened in my name, linked to my checking account and emails compromised. An individual was acting on my behalf to obtain these loans. I tried to explain this to someone at Mobiloans, without any assistance. I was told that this was my debt, and that I was responsible for it. Furthermore, I would not have taken out a loan with such a high interest rate that is illegal in the state of California.... |

I spoke to them on the phone to customer service first, letting them know they could call or email me but could not call my employer. They still called my employer daily. I sent them an email to stop calling my employer, they still called daily. I faxed them a statement, referring to this website that they must stop calling my employer at -.
