Payday loan Received a loan I didn't apply for Received a loan I didn't apply for California

I have filed multiple grievances with this organization, attempting to have this loan removed as I did not apply for it. At some point during -/-/- my computer was compromised and accounts were opened in my name, linked to my checking account and emails compromised. An individual was acting on my behalf to obtain these loans. I tried to explain this to someone at Mobiloans, without any assistance. I was told that this was my debt, and that I was responsible for it. Furthermore, I would not have taken out a loan with such a high interest rate that is illegal in the state of California. As of -/-/-, this is being reported unfairly and illegally on my credit report as a charged off account.
