I notified them right away that I could n't make the payments right now because of the enormous fees. I spoke to them on the phone to customer service first, letting them know they could call or email me but could not call my employer. They still called my employer daily. I sent them an email to stop calling my employer, they still called daily. I faxed them a statement, referring to this website that they must stop calling my employer at -. I told them in the fax that they could continue to call my cell or email me, both of which they have. But they keep calling my employer daily, sometimes more than once. I can not get personal calls of any kind at work. I just want them to stop calling my work number. I do have supporting documentation but I do n't have it on me at this moment that I 'm submitting this.
