We provided Stonegate with the Good Faith Estimate we were working with and they gave us a better Good Faith Estimate giving us a rate of 3.625 % and them contributing all of the funds for closing costs. Said they would call me back but I have had to keep calling to inquire through this process. I was told only - manager was in today and could not speak to me.
