I make the phone call to make the payment over the phone and I told the lady that I did n't have my account number with me ; after she asked me many questions at the end she asked for the last digits of the accounts otherwise I was not going to be able to make the payment. I went on a - & when I went on a - I had a payment that did not go through, which led to my payments being late every month after that. It was financed through M & T bank for 72 months, at 5.54 %. The payout is approximately $22000.00.
