I have a loan which I took out & have automatic payments set up. I went on a - & when I went on a - I had a payment that did not go through, which led to my payments being late every month after that. When I came back I called to see what I can do to take care of this issue & all they could say is that I could pay it off. They could n't change the fact that my credit score has gone down since I was not informed about the payment not going through. Now I am struggling with opening a new account, getting a loan, & other financial issues because of this.
