Navy FCU consumers have reported over 110 official complaints related to Other bank product/service. Out of the 110 consumer complaints against Navy FCU, 23% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Navy FCU responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 9% of consumer complaints against Navy FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 9% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Savings to checking and vice versa is essentially real-time. When making transfers from - to a credit card, it is not real-time. WHY?!
