I asked Navy Federal Credit Union to re-imburse me months ago for a few transactions and they never did in these specific amounts. And I was not given a form to fill out. I had to call and file fraud. Now they are saying they could n't refund me the money. But now they say that they were supposed to add back $ - to my credit card which now they have n't done. HELP!?
