I was told that I have to pay my Citibank Bill immediately or they will pad lock my front door and the sheriff will be coming to arrest me. I then called one of their offices, and spoke to a - - who claimed to be the COO. He became belligerent and cussed at me. He told me that is why I am in collections because I am a loser. I explained I thought it was payed off and have not received any notice. Thy replied that thy sent letter and ask about address. My address has been the same for 20 years and they did not sent to right address. The letter did not give me my mini-miranda rights nor did their letter state they they were a debt collector.
