I received a call from - - - or as they call themselves -. I was told that I have to pay my Citibank Bill immediately or they will pad lock my front door and the sheriff will be coming to arrest me. I then called one of their offices, and spoke to a - - who claimed to be the COO. He became belligerent and cussed at me. He told me that is why I am in collections because I am a loser. My - year old daughter heard this as the call was on speaker phone. She started crying and asked why this mean man was calling you a loser Mommy.
